First:
You want to make sure you are connected to the Internet by your ISP(Internet Service Provider). Comcast, Verizon, MetroCast, AOL and Earthlink are examples of these to name a few.


Second:
You want to properly setup your email account in your favorite email program such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird.

*Please Note:
Some ISP's will block a certain communication port(Port 25) on your internet account which leaves you unable to send outgoing email over our servers. Please make sure you have this port open before you attempt to send emails from your account. All it takes is a call to your ISP's Tech Support or Customer Service Center to get you working.
